Ride the dragon

I have think that the biped that can go to dragon's back and travel togetter but the controll is for the dragon and only the dragon can invite to get up to the back, I get this idea when I play to Ista to Order that I ask to my friend to come to my dragon chara's back

We had that question many times before.
