Can't load up Istaira

well sheesh nm, now it works you guys work fast.

Just curious if something is going on with the log in. After I select my character and hit play, the patching bar comes up, it never fills up just sits there blank, after a few minutes it dissappears and the loading screen comes up. Then it drops and that image that I put in the first post comes up. This happens 3 or 4 times, then on the 4th or 5th time trying to log in, it goes through.

Actually now I can't even get past the patching line (9 attempts later) and with the firewall/virus protection turned off. I'm getting this screen.

Have you checked your firewall? I was able to log in fine just now, first login for the day.
