Jman Scholar in Feladan, Mahagra sells the jman "Imbued Essence Orb" formula, but Palaikis in Kirasanct AND Hubert Hufflebing in New Rachival doesn't. I had thought these were drop only until someone brought to my attention. I always look at Kira out of habit for formulas; assumed wasn't for sale since he didn't have. Expert and Beginner are for sale elsewhere, so just to add that form to the list of NR and Kira Scholar trainers (20s)
