Scholar quest "Beginning scrolls II"
I am doing a quest called Scholar:beginning Scrolls II" which requires me to make one Flame resistance Energy Resistance and Ice Resistance Scrolls,and as I understand it the required spells for the scrolls are drop-only. I did eventually manage to buy them from the Sslanis Spell Vendor,but this costs me a sizeable amount for the level that I was at at the time. Could I suggest that the NPC that gives this quest,in the future,supplies the spells in question,or at very least tells me where to buy them,maybe at a reduced price,as it took me a while of running around to find a Spell Vendor that stocked them?
