Ingenuity Tech Any Chance Of it being ?

Any chance Dragons might ever see an Ingenuity Tech some time down the road ?

I don't really see the need for one it's only ever really used for gathering things you wouldn't normally use (I.E. biped things) with 100 DCRA you can gather t6 fabric/wood/etc. better than a biped with a relevant craft school (blacksmith and outfitter for example) to 100 that doesn't have gatherer to 100 yet. So no, no complaints on my end for a lack of ingenuity.

Well it was on my pony wish list , along with a -900 salvaging crystal or a salvage awl that i can hold in my off hand would be nice.

If you're playing with a biped and you want to manually decon things for max exp, equipping a bronze salvage awl would handle all your salvage-reducing needs. True you would need to switch between the tool you're using to create the items and the awl to decon them but that would definitely reduce your salvaging skill if you ever need to.
As for dragons I'm not sure why you would ever need to but a bronze tool claw would do much the same thing in limiting your skills.
