Any one know Istaria stance on 3rd party programs like Isboxer?
And if they are allowed, how to get it running with Istaria?

Most people simply dual-log by making a second copy of the game folder and run the other character from there. As long as you have the correct number of subscriptions, you can multi-log as many characters as your computer can handle. On my old machine, which is about as old as Istaria itself, I dual-log all the time, and occasionally try triple-logging, but it doesn't like that very much. It's better to have a second copy of the game install rather than running from the same location as the world cache can foul up sometimes and cause crashing issues. That doesn't exactly answer your question, but I know nothing about Isboxer, sorry.
