New Clothing for Banner Days
If Kiva's New Clothing for Banner Days quest is taken in conjunction with one of the quests to get wolf bones for Geoff, the New Clothing for Banner Days won't register the 50 hides until all of the bones for Geoff are collected.
Should this quest really be dependent upon another quest?

As "New Clothing for Banner Days" is a seasonal quest, and something that is "once and done", no, there is no bug.
