Grandfathered account issues; support site down

I'm having issues with my grandfathered subscription not being renewed as of March 6th, and I just got a plot reclamation notice a few hours ago. Unfortunately, the support site is down, so I can't work to resolve the problem. What do I need to do to fix this?

There are technical problems being worked on feverishly as we type. A ticket once the site is up again is what I'd recommend.

Please wait until after we announce that things are back up and running with the accounts website.

My guess is that matters will resolve just fine after that. Give it a day or so before submitting a ticket, please.
