Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere but the new Isle of Ice: Expedition Camp destination that shows up at the Bristugo portals has no quest to attune you there.

I did all of his Neisa's Rub quests... he never offered to attune me.

Figured it out. My apologies. I replaced the destination pad with a new one, but I simply renamed the old attunement quest. Since most of you probably had already completed it its not showing up. Will get it fixed for the next update.
