The other potion bug
I thought I read in the patch notes it was fixed, but over the weekend I had a stack of 10 metal reaping II potions. I didnt realize for a few hours but I kept drinking them every 15 minutes while mining and they never got consumed. I later drank some metal reaping III potions and they worked fine, but the II's appear to not be consumed.

Did you try unstacking them and trying to consume the single? Worth a try.
