    Default Incorrect resource requirements for Cluster of Ferns

    I just added the units to a Cluster of Ferns located at the Spring Festival grounds on New Brommel. While doing so I saw that the ferns only require 1 resource per unit instead of 2. Generally structures only require 1 resource per unit when dealing with special resources, i.e. seeds, bulbs, permits, etc. Since there are no special resources for the ferns it should probably require 2 resources per unit unless the developers had a specific reason for breaking out of the pattern for other structures.

    Not all plot decorations require 2 resources per unit. Banners and baskets are examples of 1 resource per unit when optimal.

    Given that the other biped plot decorations from the Spring Festival event require 2 resources per unit for the regular construction materials I think it's safe to say that there's a pattern to follow. After all if the devs start making random decisions about how many resources are needed per unit how long until we get a structure where the optimum resources per unit is 3 despite everyone expecting it to be 2?

    Special resources such as permits, yes definitely 1:1 but regular construction materials have always been 2:1 and any reported variations from this have been fixed.
