We used to have access to a feature that would allow us to submit the last few minutes of conversation to the support team using an in-game command. It appears that this command has been retired at some point within the last 5 years (possibly the same time that the ability to specify an AFK reason was disabled?).

The customer support window (accessible by selecting Support from the gem menu or by typing /window supportwindow) still makes reference to the /report command as a preferred method of reporting harassment. Since the command has been retired or disabled at some point maybe it makes sense to change this dialogue in the support window to encourage customers to use the support site to submit reports instead?

If it's just a minor bug that has led to the disabling of the /report command then it would be great if we can have it reintroduced, especially given the problems that were occurring a few days ago on Chaos. Otherwise updating the content of the support window so that it no longer mentions the /report command will be more than adequate!
