Can not activate shops

I can not activate any of my recently built shops on my plot in Acul.
Cords: 27844 / 24909

I get the message "You can't activate a structures attachments while standing inside of it. Leave the room and try again."
I've tried activating them while standing outside of my plot, inside of it, inside the building. I reset my world cache, checked for missing files, reset multiple times, waited 12 hours, as well as destroyed one of the shops and rebuilt it. Same message appears.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Same thing has been seen by multiple members of order.

Seems to be a bug that came with the new delta. No idea if it affects lairs though.

Okay. I just read someone added it to the delta bugs thread as well.

Yfelvik posted an update in the bugs thread stating that a fix for this is on Blight. I found a solution for my recently completed vaultkeeper - I closed my plot window, then double-clicked on the vault building so all I had was a property window listing the vault structure on its own. Then I clicked the activate button and it worked fine. If you need any help getting this to work in the game please send me a tell and I'll happily help.

Tzael is correct. Shops can be activated by double clicking on the shop itself. They just can not be activated by the plot placard.
