t6 connie resource bug

Application of Radiant sources to the structure is calling for 1:1 at opt. Surely that is suppose to be 2:1 right?

I have not tried any other t6 resources yet. I'll report back if those are asking for 1:1 when I get to them one by one.

Probably didn't need to add that Fink :-) Althought 1:1 application under opt would be amazing..
