This is a guide after you reach Blacksmith 91 first. The notes that says All schools in Black to 80 this goes for the red also, sorry. I just made the basic schools red for myself. After Blacksmith is 91, take Scholar and Outfitter to 80 then your set to use this chart.
Scholar will level from Obsidian on essence siphon decon and outfitter will level from smelting platinum bars, save those and level Fitter with them by deconning fabric scissors. Once Outfitter has your clothworking up to 775 you can start deconning fabric backpack pouches (SILK T4) in fabric isle.
