Paladin - Blessing of Life
This change feels like it is going to make the ability Blessing of Life another unused ability. My reasons are a few, first making it use a gift slot sounds a bit of a waste. Second the making the ability non dispel able is a bad idea if a player can not manually remove it from their gift slot to make room for a better gift spell. Third the 5% every 30 seconds, on a even rounded number a player with say 3,000 health gets 150 health back every 30 seconds and most mobs hit as hard or harder than this, making other HoT spells much more efficient and they do not was a gift slot. I would suggest re thinking this change and make this ability both dispel able and not use a gift slot as well
