Weapon Tech Kit: Calimir's Hide Grip is missing on the Town Marshalls, too.
Edit: both the Bow and Weapon variant.

Andorr and Calimir's are missing on purpose since you can get crafted versions.

The crafted ones have worse stats then the quested version. And Thurid's Undead Slayer is sold by the Town Marshal, and exist as Undead Slayer craftable tech. That's not logic and coherent.
