When hit by this debuff a player will suddenly have a pink box on their head! Upon expiration the box disappears - assuming it's a missing asset to represent the debuff (they puke green stuff, so some green stuff graphic?) or just a straight up mistake.

It's the big fat grey-ish zombie things wandering around on the north tip of the island, one of the first attacks they use in combat.
