The quest description in the quest window does not show the amount of critters to be killed (0/8... or how many?), and the lvl range is missing too.

If killed enough it is only shown in the chat window, the quest windows does not show "... return to Nature's Tower".

Is it intended that only one quest could be taken? In the past we where able to take two quests at once.
The one quest gives 5 tokens, and if I remember right it takes around 600 tokens to be able to buy all the forms and techs, so it takes above 100 days to be able to aquire those.

Devs have fixed the quest to show the counter 0/20 while on the quests. Made it just in time for upcoming delta 275.

Yes, it is intended that you can only get the quest at your appropriate level range.

Llaul Dynray will offer only one of the quest (4 available), based on your current school level. It is not possible to meet the criteria to be able to acquire two different quests at same time.
