Heavy use of deprecated HTML tags there... Also, style and content should be wholly separate, with HTML defining content and a separate CSS section or CSS include file defining the overall page style.

As claimed in so many threads and as I said early last night at one of all threads. There wasnt anything wrong with the server. It was a ISP problem.
