Client 388.32.0 - Istaria unplayable

I forgot to mention that I am seeing this behavior. Every time I exit, I have to right click Istaria in the taskbar, select close window.

Chmmm I had this on occasion but very rare.
Since patch 388.39.0 Istaria stopped freezing for me when opening start menu in windows.
