Chaos has the most players, if that's what you're looking for. Though do know that no server has "a lot" of players compared to most MMOs these days - 'a lot' for Istaria is about 75 online at once, maybe less. (That was what I saw last time I was on Chaos, anyway... probably more like 40-50 now)

Over Christmas holiday I would say Chaos peaked back in the 75 range for several weeks. We are back down but seem to be about 10 or so more on in the peak times than when I started in Nov which is nice.

Though the community may not be very big it is one of the most friendly and helpful communities I have been in in a mmo. I am sure whichever server you choose you will find others willing to help you along. I have had plenty of help going through my RoP and now in my ARoP.
