Default Could be a game breaker for a new player...

The normal result of greeting an NPC which has a bubble over its head is to see a chat window open up. It is all too easy to minimize that window after it has been actioned (the "x" for close and the "-" for minimize are very close to each other). A minimized window can not always be readily seen as it may be under another window etc. If returning to that NPC after completing his task he will again have a bubble over his head. If his chat window is minimized the NPC when greeted will simply wave and the chat window will not reopen.

Is it possible to cause the NPC's chat window to open when greeting the NPC in the case where the NPCs chat window is minimized?

I had no idea this was even possible. If I had run into this, it would have driven me insane. Yes, I agree that if a NPC chat window is accidentally minimized, when you click on the NPC again to talk to him, it should maximize back up again.
