Is no one checking tickets? I put one in on July 21st and have not got a response yet? Anyone else put in a ticket lately and got a response?

I got responses. Try asking directly in ticket again (triggers a notification I guess).

My latest ticket was answered fine on the 18th, maybe it got temporarily overlooked?

Did you reply to your ticket, asking for an update? This can throw off their system, because they look for tickets that do not have a reply to them. I've snafu'd myself by making a reply to add an attachment in the past. Otherwise, in my experience they've been really great about responding to tickets.

I redid the ticket from scratch, maybe that will help.

If you marked it as medium/low priority it my also take a long time for a reply; I think the longest I ever waited was about 2 months on a low-priority ticket, haha. Otherwise, the devs have always been really quick to respond, especially if I mark something as high priority (even if it's not actually a big issue).

Hope you get a quicker response now, though; two weeks is a long time to wait, regardless

Even with low priority longest I had to wait was 1 week lol.
Though if you respond to your ticket, it resets your position in the queue afaik. So for example instead of being the next ticket to be looked at you become the last one if you respond b4 they check. xD
