Remove Dragon only Requirements from Ally's

Sorry, Malicore, but at this point there are no plans to make the Wyvern combat pets available to bipeds. They were created specifically for Dragons.

Then I hope you fix the issue with Dragon's using biped pets. They should be created for Bipeds only. Dragons can't shoot bows
