Okay so, not sure if there is anyone else who's ever had this problem before but I just bought an appearance change token, and as I keep trying to login and change my dragons appearance the entire game freezes at the appearance screen and instantly returns me to the game leaving me with a black empty game screen as if I've been put back into the game. Now, I am highly upset because I just wasted $9.95 that I know I cannot get back, but I need some real help on this because I've never had this problem last time I bought one. I've restarted the game several times and still the same issue persists. Please help me with this. I do not want to have to waste money on something that's all of a sudden broken.
