My dragon completed the Lairshaping Mastery VI quest yesterday and got the Emblem: Expert Lairshaper.

My dragon in 100 DLSH/100 ADV - when I right click and try to use the emblem, it says I do not meet the requirements to use that item.

I completed the quest and am 100 in DLSH, what other requirements are there? Or is this bugged?
