Well, after playing Star Wars Galaxies for a year and a half, and getting terribly disappointed with the direction it was headed, I decided I'd find a new online game. This one looked really good to me. Am I right?

I'm in the process of signing up right now. Nice to see role-playing enforced shards. SWG could really use that, but it will never happen. I think I AM going to like this. Role-playing is what I enjoy most.

Order it is. I really like the game so far. Everyone is very friendly and the game isn't impossible to get started in (like certain others, DAOC comes to mind).

Welcome to Istaria...if you are looking for serious RPing, then I'd suggest you look at some of the chat channels, I know of several that are pretty good, as long as you aren't looking for silly RP...the channels I visit tend to be pretty serious, but great fun nonetheless...

Watch your billing man, you've been warned.
Keep a close eye on the CC you signed up with, many people have been double and tripled billed recently, and Ipay has a nasty habit of charging you for the trial on day 1.
