CTD and can't get back !!!

Crashed to desktop now getting a message on all computers with all accounts that says : Sorry the game could not be started since necessary files could not be downloaded.

The reason:
Couldn't download no_update_list.auc

Please try this once again and contact support etc. etc. etc.

Same thing with me! My other computer appears to be ok. Has anyone submitted a ticket?
