Scales and Talismans of the Dance/Feast/Melody/Revelry

With dragon claws coming soon, there should be a mechanism to convert our Head scales to Weapon crystals. Something simple, maybe using our unused mastery of Dragon ingenuity (at 10/level).

The current system takes a full scale slot (head scale), but when Claw slots are functional, it would be MUCH better to use a technique space on a scale slot rather than a full scale slot (as in socketing a talisman in a claw versus foregoing a teched head scale).

I'd rather not be at the whim of biped talisman makers, but could be done.

Anyway, the head scale formulas will generally be worthless when claw slots allow weapon crystals. So some content adjustment will be needed by the Kirascent researcher.

Is this really necessary? The talismans of revelry, dance, etc. were for the "free the satyrs" event. Now that the event is over those items have no purpose - especially now that when using them it means doing zero damage to all other monsters.

Well the machines are alive again on order and need destroying. Chances are though they will be all dead before claw slots are in.

However the spectres (discord, famine, etc) also require the use of the talisman/scale to slay and they will continue to exist on the isles even after the machine is destroyed. Perhaps a claw of each type or just a claw with a weapon socket.
