Ok, when trying to set up a seven day trial it wants my email address as the unique identifier, does it matter that I already have one account and just want a second one? Can I use the same email for both? Just seems to be worded funny and don't want to mess anything UP!!

Yes, you can use the same email for both accounts. If you have intentions of dual logging you will want to add the cd key to your current account rather than start a new account. This allows 2 characters from the 1st account to be played simultaneously as well as for 2 plots to be owned by 1st account. Below should be the correct steps:
*Log into your account
*Goto character selection screen
*On left side under accounts select billing
*on Right side under billing select upgrade account

If you want to keep accounts seperate I imagine that you would need a 2nd email address sice the email add. is your user name, but I am not sure.
