I think the site lists Paladins only requiring a 10 in two hand-slash. Yours does sound a bit more plausable though. Could you please confirm this?
Also, by base skill, does this mean a skill unagmented by items?

Yes the base skill requirements means that teched items and buffs won't help. But training points can be spent to raise your base skill, which would allow you to switch as low as warrior 17, I believe.Originally Posted by Austinwulf

They changed it so you have 200 base 2HD slash, 150 base life and current adv lvl of 20 specifically to stop people from spending TP and getting prestige classes before they should.
You can, however, spend TPs in Life, so you don't need to go to lvl 15 in Cleric if you don't want to. I never went above 13. However, mastering Dispirit Foe is a useful thing that I have always concidered doing (although never gotten around to).
