Main plot ownership transfer

How do we properly and cleanly transfer the ownership of thye main plot for a guild plot area?

Seem to have no options.
Do we have to wait for the guild house to be built.
Does the sell/buy button appear, and we select sell to other player.

AE ... Please we want to do it the rigth way ... can you advise?

I don't remember if we finished our guildhouse first or not but, we just sold it to guildmaster for 1c in the same way you would sell any plot to another player. When you click on sell you get an option to chose to whom you are selling. Be very very careful making sure you have spelledcorrectly , as you could erroneously sell to "blaney" when you meant "blarney".
