It was fairly easy to do while the North American shards used ibill from their siteif you had your sub # and email. The news page posted a notice that AE is moving to another service, ipay so there is no telling how difficult it will be to cancel. Supposedly the change is due to customers being unable to cancel so maybe ipay will be easier.
*looking at the accounts section on the website you should also be able to do this from the game site by accounts>billing>cancel but it never hurts to know more than one way right?

You go to ipay site not ibill. Or you can use the broken cancel button on web site.
