When will billing be unsuspended???

Ok, I can get to the create account screen. But whenever I try to create a new account, I get 3 errors, CD key is invalid ( using the one that came with the game), My user name and my email are already in thier database, so it wont create the account. How do I reactivate my old account?

When you already have your old account, why create a new one?
Just log-in with your account name, password and then activate the billing again.
Then you should be able to play.
Of course it says "CD key invalid", because it is already registered with your "old" account.
