Human Guild House not showing vault for storage

Attempted to submit trouble ticket for alternate account, however the normal login for that account would not work for logging in on the technical support page.

Issue:
Human guild house was built and it showing a bindstone vice a storage product. According to theinformation on VN board guild houses were suppose to have storage facilitieshttp://vnboards.ign.com/message.asp?...&replies=3

Would appreciate assistance in resolving.
