No unfortunately they can do nothing about it since it is GN's job. It has to be a world master booting me from the game so I can login again. However if that does not happen today I will get to play later tomorrow due to server reboot :D
anyway TulgAE doesn't have WM access on the server

try loggin in on another than your usual pc...worked a couple of times for an rl friend of mine...
