Proper way to access support.istaria.com?

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me access https://support.istaria.com/. Before a few days ago I could accesses https://horizons.istaria.com/Default.aspx, https://support.istaria.com/ and I am pretty certain the community site here.

Now however I.E. gives me a nice error page (Cannot find server or DNS Error) when I tried to goto any of the three sites listed above. I tripped over a tread that listed modifying my hosts file and I have done so thusly:

68.142.64.212 horizons.istaria.com
68.142.64.210 community.istaria.com

With this I can access the game and the community here. With out those entries I have the ?Cannot find server or DNS Error? error page and cannot access the pages. (Other sites I go to did and do work fine, fwiw.)

My father?s Character broke (999mithril, 999g, etc.) so we really need the silly support site!

The only problem I found in accessing the game this way is because my ISP hasn't updated and resolved the DNSyet, I can't get the latest patch!

How long does it take anyway for an ISP to update and resolve the new client?
