I don't believe she has anything special added to her; the neck thickness just generally is that thick. It really isn't affected by anything other than obesity I believe.

Got lvl 30 in one day with 12,000 sandstone spellshards and then 40 the next day with slate, pale essence orbs, and some help from friends. xD Having a high level disk helps a lot.

You go to an image sharing site like http://tinypic.com/ and upload an image file from your computer, then copy and paste the code it gives to you (generally the one that has [img] tags around it, or just a link) ^^
