Cunning use of the emotes and a bit of timing. ... and putting the camera in the right place so the dragon 'happens' to look at the camera when you use the emote.

ahhhhh hehe the secret is out! I'd been trying things like locking the camera to 'fool' it into keeping the head there but no such luck hehe. Thanks for that!
