The Expert Weaponcraft Recharge Kit has an icon the same of what a 'piece' of water has. It should be the same as all other'X Recharge Y (kit)'forms.

Edit: From what I can see;
The Armorcraft Kit req's 1 Armorcraft to scribe - should be 800,
The Fletching Kit req's 200 Weaponcraft to scribe - should be 800 Fletching,
The Jewelcraft Kit req's 200 Weaponcraft to scribe - should be 800 Jewelcraft,
The Tailoring Kit req's 200 Weaponcraft to scribe - should be 800 Tailoring and,
The Weaponcraft seems to be working fine - with 800 Weaponcraft req.

Also, I've heard reports of the Expert Scalecraft Recharge Kit's req'ing 200 Armorcraft(?), so ye may wanna check that too.
