Construction halted A known bug??

We have 3 guild plots that each have a "complete building" unworkable and unusable. During the planning process, after hitting build, the message "beginning construction process" shows up. Then the building graphic stays instead of an incomplete structure and the outline never makes it to the planning window. Now there is no access to building process in planning to be able to construct the one there or delete it or build anything else. These 3 buildings don't appear under any tab in the plot window. 3 different buildings 3 different plots 3 different people same guild area. I was told this was likely a known issue?:)

Exact same problem with my plot in South March.

Now we can't add to any exisiting construction in the whole guild area not just the 3 plots with the graphics of completed buildings.:( Padraig, I believe Smeglor knows the way to get there:)
