how to build a tier 5 gambling hall, not a tier 6

I am a bit lost on this....

I have a huge plot..woot woot, hehe.

Ok, now for the delimma.

I have found the Large Gambling Den in my housing abilities, but I only see tier 6 items for building when I go to build it..

Where do you choose a tier 5 gambling hall....am I missing something. I only see small gambling den, medium gambling den, and large gambling....which is tier 2, tier 4, or tier 6. Where does the tier 1, 3, and 5 come into play. Or might I be looking at the wrong thing....just wondering if someone could clarify this for me.

Yea, my expertjewelery and blacksmith shops require only tier 4 and 6 resources, which is a little strange. Shouldn't an expert shop use expert and not master materials?

There are only three tiers of gambling dens: small, medium and big.

Gambling Dens, Taverns, and shops are not race specific and therefore will not be tiered. Gambling Dens and Taverns only come in Small, Medium, and Large variety. While Shops come in Beginner, Journeyman, and expert variety. Note: the level of shop has nothing to do with the level of the formula

If you don't get any from connies shops that you own I don't see why a gambling den should (no.)
