    Default The Dragon Bonding Ceremony

I wish to congratulate all those bonded at the draconic bonding ceremony this past Saturday evening.

I've gotten some artistic renderings here of the ceremony that I will place here for those interested.

Toward the start of the ceremony there, a nice pic showing many of those who came as the females started to form the beginnings of the circle.

Next here we have the circle made, the mates look across the circle toward each other, waiting to get together and embrace and be called forth to exchange their words and vows.

Next then each couple was called up in turn...

First Aucus and Bryagh came up to exchange their gifts and vows together.

Then the next couple was Gaminth and Firewalker to exchange their tokens of love and words of affection to each other.

Then the hatchlings Hashe and Seveanyth exchanged gifts of their promising and their vows of promise to each other.

Are they not just too Adorable?

Then Xerses and Saphire came up and also exchanged claws and words with each other. (Picture brightened a fair bit as they came out unusually dark.)

Finally the last couple to exchange, quite a few gifts, and rather wordy vows, was Frith-Rae and Allon.

After this everyone gathered together for a group pose of the bonded couples.

And goofed off just a little too. (Aucus and Bryagh though decided to begin their, together time, all the quicker and left before the picture.)

The words exchanged had much beauty by many, and a good time was had by all. After that Levity shared a very wonderful poem upon draconic love, fireworks were shot off, gifts given around, and then everyone left for "Sans AoP" near the portal to Aiya to Relax and Dance on the patio there, enjoy some more songs, and revel together, though most of the "couples" got "Lost" on the way to there from the bonding ceremony... I wonder just why. :)

Actual words and log of the gathering are available upon request, and perhaps a more, story version, of it "might" follow these pictures in the future.

I may have a more edited version in the future.

Felicitations to you all! Aether and I hope that All of you will be as happy in your bonding as we are **smiles fondly at his mate** Reading about your happiest of days brought back found recollections of the night Aether Ascended and agreed to be mine . . . . **begins to hum a refrain from his Song of the Devoted . . . .**

We are so sorry that we were not able to attend the ceremony and we are grateful for the transcript of the proceedings. Allon, you did a masterful job!

    Blessings to you all!
