Becoming a Spearman

Anyone else having difficulty joining the Spearman school?

I meet all the reqs so that isn't an issue, Tareviel just stands there and says nothing after clicking "become a spearman"

It was bugged, being corrected on live servers and on Blight

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. There is a Spearman trainer in Tazoon as well that you can join the school with. He is located in the large blue, what I like to call, melee dome ESE from the South port in pad. Just go up the ramp to the second floor when entering and he'll be standing somewhere outside the inner circular wall.
