Hardened Scales I - Kill Gritus Maximus the Sand Beetle. - Level 11. SE of Kion at (20244,24000) Note: Gritus can spawn in many locations. Basically anywhere a Sand Beetle spawns you have a chance to find him.

That coordinate is off -- puts you out in the ocean.

Today I found and killed Gritus at 20918, 23429 -- SE of Kion on the east coast, where the large sand beetles roam.

Quests every 10 adventure levels starting at level 10.

Primal Mastery (Passive) - +10 Primal Skill.

Primal Mastery I - Kill 20 Angry Gruoks. - Level 11-15. NW of Sslanis at (19768,21824)

This task now is "Kill 20 Jungle Crawler Soldiers and return to Lisandia for your reward."

Ha ha...no I am following your excellent guide and as I work through them I will just note here if I find anything new. Not sure when you wrote that, but probably before LA revamp? So figures there would be a few changes.

The walkthrough for Lunus RoP is a wonderful refrence, thank you thank you!
And looking at the hatchling scale quest it is not going to be as easy as I thought >.<
But thats ok, something to keep me busy throughout the game!

I have tried a couple of times to go to Tazoon to do the Dimensional Pocket quests and every time I do I sink into the ground about up to my knees and I can only move a few feet in any direction until I hit a wall or a doorway.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried turnign your view distance way down first? or walking from the gnome city there?

Thanks Deth. Turning the view distance down did it and I was able to find him.

Now I can't find Zebegina. I've been to the coordinates listed for her and there is nothing there...

Can't seem to get the ability quests to trigger. Breathe ability guy (L???cius) says talk to gerix, gerix says you're not ready and to rely on bipeds. I'm well over level 10. Did something change or become required prior to being able to get ability quests?

Lasting Embers Quest no longer requires a Frost Ogre Club Splinter. Memni requires a Crushing Ogre Club Splinter.
