a lot of my friends has recently started the 7 day trial and given up with in a few days
thay have said that there is virtually no information for new players so can we Please have a newbie guide covering just about everything

I always thought that it would be a good idea to establish a general chat channel called "New Players", or something like that.
While in you tutorial you would get the task to open your chatwindow, click on browse for chat channels and join the "New Player" chat.

Veteran Players can drop into this channel, too, so you already have the right channel to help new players with the game.

There's nothing better than help from players... no tutorial can do that.
If I am a new player I would not have to fear asking questions.

new players can also easily hook up and group.

I think that a general newbie chat channel would be great!
