ah that is the quest i was talking aboutin the other thread, so it is disabled for confectioner too?
that is really bad, been trying to do that with gatherer, and wasn't working. hope they fix.

This quest was mistakenly capped at level 20 so you had to be lower to complete it. I have removed this cap and it should patch to Blight soon.
