Support there?
Anyone else finding that cases are going unanswered? Submitted case on 22th Feb which am still awaiting reply on [:^)] As read hear, am aware of them taking on a new support member but was my impression that it was to increase support!
Well perhaps there are alot of more important cases to be delt with first and mine is on the less-priority list [;)] Just asking here so I can relax and not become totaly paranoid [8-)]

Hmm, don't have problems with tickets.
Had some issues the last weeks, all were solved or at least answered to within 2 weeks i think. (16 Cobalt Sheetings disappeared after crafting, tents reduced in bulk, Plot construction Window bugged, ...)
Dunno what your doing folks, but maybe they just feel pity with me poor lonely HG. ;)
