Now that Dragon breath weaponsseem to begoing from "Piss-poor damage that recycles after a few hours" to "I'm using that every fight, just because I can, oh yes, I am, besides, I'm a Dragon and it looks coooooool", how about damage adjustment as well, in the form of techs. Either:

Modify the existing Dragon's Breath tech to add a small amount of damage as well as skill, or

Create a new tech that only adds damage, but adds quite alot. Given the new timer, a lots-of-damage tech should probably be restricted to head scales only, to prevent breath weapons being the only attack we bother with [:P]

This has probably been suggested before. I have a knack for coming up with brilliant ideas someone's already had.
